In the months since the global pandemic has taken hold, I’ve had the opportunity to work with dozens of leaders across multiple industries who are grappling with how to respond to the crisis. From small businesses in food service to giant tech companies to nonprofits to educational institutions, everyone is trying to adapt to this new world in which we’re operating.
